Welcome to OrthoRehab Specialists’ downtown Minneapolis clinic, conveniently located at 825 Nicollet Mall, Suite 1935. Situated in the heart of the city, our clinic offers easy access for patients from Minneapolis as well as the surrounding suburbs including Robbinsdale, New Brighton, Roseville, Columbia Heights, Brooklyn Center, and nearby communities. At OrthoRehab Specialists, we understand that every patient’s journey to recovery is unique. That’s why we prioritize personalized treatment plans that are carefully tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and aspirations. Our physical therapists combine extensive clinical expertise with the latest therapeutic techniques to help you restore function, regain strength, reduce pain, and improve your overall quality of life. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll experience a welcoming environment focused on your comfort and healing.
Our downtown Minneapolis clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art therapy tools and equipment to support a wide range of treatments. Whether you need manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, or specialized modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, our team uses the most effective interventions to promote healing and functional improvement. For those returning to athletic activities, we offer sport-specific rehabilitation programs that emphasize restoring agility, coordination, and performance while minimizing the risk of reinjury.
In addition to treating acute injuries and post-operative cases, our clinic is committed to helping patients manage long-term conditions. Chronic pain can significantly impact daily life, and our therapists work closely with you to identify underlying causes and develop strategies for lasting relief. We provide education, hands-on therapy, and individualized exercises to empower you in your recovery and help prevent future problems.
Balance training is another important service we offer, particularly for older adults or individuals recovering from neurological conditions or injuries. Improving your balance and coordination reduces the risk of falls and enhances your independence. Our therapists design targeted programs that focus on stability, proprioception, and functional movement tailored to your specific challenges.
At OrthoRehab Specialists, collaboration is key. We communicate closely with your physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care. Your progress is continuously monitored and adjustments made as needed to optimize outcomes. Our goal is to guide you safely and confidently through every stage of your rehabilitation.
If you’re ready to take control of your health and begin your journey toward improved mobility and function, we encourage you to schedule an appointment at our downtown Minneapolis clinic. Let our expert team at OrthoRehab Specialists support you with compassionate, high-quality care every step of the way. We look forward to helping you regain your strength, reduce pain, and return to the activities you love.
