- Under Minnesota’s direct access law, you may begin therapy without a referral for up to 90 days. Medicare patients require a referral.
- How long is the initial evaluation?
- Expect a 60-minute session covering history, examination, and goal setting.

- Wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes for gait assessment.
- How many sessions will I need?
- Most patients attend 2–3 sessions per week for 4–8 weeks before transitioning to home exercises.
