I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant through the state of Minnesota. I have been working in the field of personal improvement through exercise for over 9 years. I’m a lifelong lover of movement and enjoy helping my clients realize their potential. I recognize that exercising can be challenging in many ways. I aim to give my clients an uplifting space filled with exercise patterns that fit their individual needs and goals. Sessions focus on strength training, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular conditioning based on evidence-based practices.
