The exercises helped. I saw a personal trainer who also helped me with exercises to fix the frozen shoulder. I also saw a chiropractor who was very familiar with the problem.
If you were to recommend your physical therapist to a friend, what would you say?
I would tell them to try OrthoRehab Specialists. Frozen shoulder is a little hard to put your finger on.
