Appointments
Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. There will be paperwork to fill out before your visit. Initial appointments will be approximately one hour in length, but may vary from thirty to ninety minutes. Generally, clients are seen for one to three visits a week, until symptoms are managed with less frequent appointments and an independent home program.
Patients with shoulder or neck problems should preferably wear a sleeveless shirt. Those with lower extremity and back problems will benefit from wearing shorts and exercise footwear as appropriate.
Medical Records
Medical records are available to the individual at any time. A signature is required for their release to you or your designated recipient.
