Public Entrances: There are four public entrances for the Medical Arts Building. There are entrances on the street level at 825 Nicollet Mall and at 74 South 9th Street. Skyway entrances are on the north and south sides connecting our building with Midwest Plaza and the Young Quinlin building. All entrances are ADA accessible.
Parking: There are several parking options in the vicinity of the Medical Arts Building. The Metro Parking Ramp and a surface parking lot are both located on 9th Street, between Marquette Avenue and Nicollet Avenue. The Metro Parking Ramp is next to the Medical Arts Building and accessible to it by skyway. The surface parking lot is across the street. We do not validate for parking. Metered street parking is also available on 9th Street or Marquette Avenue.
